Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

At TPS, the P&C takes on some exciting and critical roles! They're the dynamic force behind the bustling canteen, fabulous uniform shop and the wonderful band program. With their unwavering support, parents and children can satisfy their taste buds, dress to impress, and create magical music together.

But that's not all they do! The P&C also knows how to throw unforgettable events that light up our school calendar. Picture fun-filled gatherings, heart-warming fundraisers, and plenty of chances to get involved and lend a helping hand. It's the perfect blend of socializing, giving back, and creating memories that make our school community shine.

Volunteer at our school

Our P&C is a group of volunteers who work in partnership with the school, to improve the entire school experience for our kids. The P&C have a lot of fantastic events planned and support to offer the school community however we can only do this with ongoing parent involvement.  Whether you are willing to give ongoing help or just give an hour or two of your time we have lots of ways you can get involved.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• helping in the canteen
• getting involved in the P&C
• helping in the uniform shop
• taking on the roll as Class Parent
• assisting with the School Band
• volunteering on sports days and other school events
